Total Cost Involved Engineering proudly offers the 1935–1940 Ford Car and 1935–1941 Ford Truck Coil Spring IFS and Parabolic Leaf Spring Rear Chassis. Our frame uses stamped U.S.-supplied steel and fully boxed main rails to increase rigidity while preserving the original profile. Whether you’re building for cruising, autocrossing, drag racing, or creating a fully polished show‑stopper, we provide chassis options for every style. In addition, a wide range of available upgrades allows you to tailor your chassis to your exact needs.
Our ’35–’41 Ford Coil Spring IFS is engineered for enhanced drivability and a broader range of alignment adjustments. We redesigned the original spring towers to use a vertical metal plate for mounting the upper control arms. This update allows camber and caster adjustments through shims rather than alignment slots. It also eliminates the old T‑bolt setup, which often slipped and knocked alignment out when hitting potholes.
Our American‑made Parabolic leaf springs modernize the traditional design. These springs use fewer leafs, each tapering in thickness from center to end in a true parabolic curve. Because inter‑leaf friction is undesirable, the springs only make contact at the ends and at the center where the axle mounts. This design improves ride quality and avoids the stiffness common in conventional multi‑leaf springs. As an added benefit, the reduced leaf count cuts weight by 28% compared to the previous 5‑leaf kit. Every TCI Engineering 1935–1941 Ford Coil Spring Chassis is built exclusively from American‑made steel.
All TCI Engineering products come with our Dual Warranty. 6 Year, 60,000 Mile Warranty on wear and tear items like bushings, coil-overs, & ball joints. Any items built in-house by TCI Engineering such as link bars, control arms, spindles, crossmembers, etc come with a Lifetime Warranty.

Platform-level fitment (Ford + GM, Phase 1). We publish the engine platform a part is built for — not year-and-trim application data — so nothing here confirms a fit on a specific vehicle. Confirm fitment with us before ordering: (714) 202-7886.
Commonly Needed With This
Parts builders usually buy alongside this one — gaskets, seals and hardware for the install. These are suggestions, not a verified fit: call (714) 202-7886 to confirm before ordering.
