Products, pricing & fitment
We describe products as accurately as possible but do not warrant that descriptions or pricing are error-free, and we may correct errors and cancel affected orders. You are responsible for verifying fitment before ordering; items marked "Universal — Verify Fitment" have no confirmed application. Prices are in USD and may change.
Orders & payment
We accept credit card, PayPal, and Affirm financing. Parts are charged in full at checkout; installation labor is subject to a 20% deposit at checkout with the balance due at completion (see the Labor & Service Policy). We may refuse or cancel any order. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
Shipping, returns & installation
Fulfillment, returns, and RMAs are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. Installation and shop-service terms are in the Labor & Service Policy.
Warranty & competition disclaimer
Workmanship warranty terms and the racing/track disclaimer are in our Warranty & Track Disclaimer. Many performance parts are intended for off-road or competition use and may not be legal for street use in all jurisdictions; you are responsible for compliance with applicable emissions and vehicle laws.
Assumption of risk & limitation of liability
Motorsport and high-performance modification carry inherent risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service at issue.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and imagery are owned by HRC or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
