Workmanship warranty
HRC Performance provides a 12-month / 12,000-mile workmanship warranty on labor performed by our shop.
This warranty excludes:
- Parts defects (the manufacturer's warranty applies to parts).
- Abuse, misuse, racing, or track use.
- Improper maintenance.
- Third-party modifications.
- Pre-existing conditions.
Engine builds are covered under the workmanship warranty only if the required break-in procedure was followed, required tuning was performed by HRC or an HRC-approved tuner, and no unauthorized changes were made to the build.
Track / competition disclaimer
There is no warranty for failures resulting from racing, track days, drag or roll racing, dyno abuse, or competition use unless stated in writing.
Motorsport and high-performance use carries inherent risk. Components operated beyond street use may fail without notice. By using our parts or services in a competition or track environment, the customer accepts this risk.
