TCI Engineering’s 1969-1991 Chevy K5 Blazer Pro-Touring IFS was designed to bring your classic truck into the 21st century. Providing both ride comfort and incredible handling, this clean sheet of paper design has no compromises. Our engineers set out to design a suspension system that would be easy to install, add rigidity to the stock frame, save weight, and provide lasting performance. Through years of testing we have maximized the capabilities of what a truck should be. This front end is based on our Custom designed Modular spindle and bolt on steering arms. Proprietary design and geometry maximizes performance without sacrificing comfort. Bolt-on crossmember provides excellent ground clearance while substantially lowering the front of your truck. Custom length control arms top & bottom control key features like camber gain, motion ratio, & instant center. Alignment adjustments are made simple by shimming the stud mounted and slotted cross shafts on the upper control arms. The rack & pinion and bolt-on steering arms work in unison to create quick steering, positive feedback and also keep bump steer in check. Our triple wall crossmember mounting design & triangulated engine mounts provide incredible frame strength. All said and done our 1969-1991 K5 Pro-Touring IFS front clip is 85 pounds lighter than the factory front suspension.

All components are TIG welded for the highest quality, strength and finish available. All front ends come standard with 1,000,001 Mile Warranty Ridetech Coil-over shocks which provide both height adjustment and 26 way ride comfort control. Standard brakes consist of 12″ discs with GM calipers. We offer many Wilwood brake upgrades from Mild street use to full blown Road Race. We only utilize heavy duty wear componentry to provide safe, long lasting enjoyment. All TCI Engineering products come with our Dual Warranty. 6 Year, 60,000 Mile Warranty on wear and tear items like bushings, coil-overs, & ball joints. Any items built in house by TCI Engineering such as link bars, control arms, spindles, crossmembers, etc come with a Lifetime Warranty
